3rd Quarter ends at the end of September. I just did the online chat and here are is the log:

That's good news, hopefully I can go into a store/kiosk to do it, I would rather get the phones right from them there instead of waiting for them to send them to me. I don't get why they continue to say they are not ready. How are they not ready? They are selling to brand new customers going through qwest strictly for wireless (which makes no sense at all) Not directed at your dradius just wish they would just get their arses in gear and get this done. Ken: I am strickly a Qwest wireless customer I do not have any other services and thefore am not bundling anything Ken: When will I be able to transfer to verizon wireless, Would I be able to today? Your site says nothing about NON bundled users transfering only that you don't want bundled users for the billing issues your having There was almost 5 minutes with no answer then I wrote this: Ken: umm hello? I wanna know why kiosks can't handle it though, If they could transfer numbers to qwest when it was qwest wireless why not the other way around? I am sure they can't transfer when lets say a ATT user goes to them to go to verizon. Oh well..... |

We have heard this before. Cross your fingers. My guess is if you try another rep they would say I have no idea or October!! Maybe I will try my contact.

Yeah try your contact, I am hoping yours says the 8th too....hopefully..
If it's two days before and they are giving that date I would hope they are pretty confident about that date. |

I am also a little puzzled why they said a Qwest store/Kiosk can't handle a migration. That isn't what I was told when I went to one earlier this week.

Exactly Why anyone coming from any other carrier would go to qwest to switch to verizon but I am sure it would happen . It makes me wonder if they wouldn't even do that either.....
