run the unlocker first then run the radio/rom upgrade then go to to the latest rom by the way the latest rom is 5068. and you can find it here.

ok im totaly lost. ive downloaded the 3 items.how do i run the unlocker? i get some error mssg as soon as i try, it wont work on the phone. and i dont even know what to ask about the rest. a rar file that turns into a nbh file? a rar file that wont un-rar? i just want my unlimited fargin internet i signed up for

install it to your computer then connect your phone to your computer then do the edit i posted here earlier.

what are the 2 cabs in the hard-spl-mfg? am i supposed to instal those to the phone 1st? when i run the unlocker i get error 262 and i gotta do the recovery thing. 3 times now. this is turning into a quest now. i just want it done to do it. i hate ocd

as far as this ROM goes then you need to have the unlocker on your computer make sure you back up everything you have on your phone to your computer. doiung this wil wipe your memory. once you have the unlocker on your computer then you make sure you have your phone connected via activesync then go to the unlocker and run it. follow all its instructions to the t it wont be hard by any means as i have done this to several phones. after you have the phone unlocked the run the leaked rom from sprint. after that has run then you take this it is a rom update utility you get it right here.

download the RUU item then extract the RUU to a folder that you created and named no2chems 5068 i say that because that is what i named my folder then extract the .nbh to the same folder you extracted the RUU to then run the rom update utility.

see that doesnt seem hard at all, but when i run the unlocker i get that 262 error. im running vista btw, is that possibly an issue?

im synched with windows mobile blahblah. theres a ton of files in the unlocker. i want to run ROM update utility correct? none of the other app files will open.

so now with this i can tether undetected w/ phone as modem to relieve some of the usage on my data card. and hopefully w/ WMWIFI router as well? cool. now i just gotta forget about or succeed at the rom thing.
