disabling NAI

wow i searched that exact phrase and it seems like every thread on the board poped up. now im new to this whole ppc thing but im a lil tech savy, so can anyone point me in the right direction? a tutorial, thread, guide, what ever it takes. im new to sprint like since 4-25-08 and im really feelin hosed w/ the data cap as i bought a sierra 597 with the selling point being "its truly unlimited unlike the others. you can even run your whole home network on it" which i did by canceling comcast on the 21st. i even bought that cool lil craddlepoint phs300 portable router. so back on track. how do i disable NAI?

Re: disabling NAI

if you have a registry editor then follow this path.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\WModem\Multi-NAI the value should be set to 0. and when you installed you you should have installed to the device. it doenst matter where it is stored but it should be installed to the device. that is the only way a registry hack will work.

Re: disabling NAI

well if you are still in your registry then change it to 0 but i made the registry edit directly from my mogul not my touch.
