download the RUU item then extract the RUU to a folder that you created and named no2chems 5068 i say that because that is what i named my folder then extract the .nbh to the same folder you extracted the RUU to then run the rom update utility.
see that doesnt seem hard at all, but when i run the unlocker i get that 262 error. im running vista btw, is that possibly an issue?

im synched with windows mobile blahblah. theres a ton of files in the unlocker. i want to run ROM update utility correct? none of the other app files will open.
