The Sprint store wont be able to help you since Dashwire is a 3rd party application. Your only option is to Hard Reset. Or restore your phone from a backup you made.

Hold down both soft keys(the keys right above your phone butoons for making and hanging up calls)...while holding push stylus in the soft reset hole...
