HUGE problem.. Please help.
 
I tried syncing my Mogul w/ dashwire... I set the acct & shortly after I lost my contacts & my phone stopped working. As well as my internet went completely out.

Any ideas what i did wrong?

Any help is greatly appreciated b4 i go to the Sprint store.

The Sprint store wont be able to help you since Dashwire is a 3rd party application. Your only option is to Hard Reset. Or restore your phone from a backup you made.

how come my internet was affected as well as my phone uasge. I had "no service"

It might be hard to load a backup since I was doing this for a back up.. I went to the dashwire & my pics & other info was uploaded to the site but not my contacts.

Has this happened to anyone b4??

Anyway i may be able to restore my mogul??](*,)

How would i go about doing a HARD RESET?? Do i just push the little buttin by the memory card slot??

Do you have any backup files on your memory card from like SPB Backup or Sprite Backup?

Hold down both soft keys(the keys right above your phone butoons for making and hanging up calls)...while holding push stylus in the soft reset hole...

Negative.. This was my first attempt to do a back up. In case something happens in which I lose my contact info I wanted a back to restore from. Unfortunatley this isn't working out how I wanted it to.. LOL!! ](*,)](*,)


Total noob to the ppc world. LOL!

Im onna try this right now... Also my internet & phone have finally started working again. I did nothing to fix it.. It just started working again. Thats Y I was gonna take it Sprint.. neither were working since yesterday late afternoon til now as i posted my thread.

Are you still missing your contacts? If you are, then I want for an engineer to take a look at your account to see if we can retrieve them for you. Losing contacts is one of the key things that we're supposed to help prevent, so if we had any part of this (which I've never heard of before), I want to make sure we take care of it for you. Send over your details to our support alias and I'll get an engineer right on it (support@).

As I've said, losing contacts is new for us, so I want to help if at all possible.
