HTC Titan Camera trouble?

For some strange reason, a weird red line developed on all my pictures. I was wondering if this was normal, since I've only had this phone for about 2 months. I thought it was the custom firmware, but I reflashed to stock Sprint 3.35 and it is still there.

Would it be advisable to deal with this at a Sprint store or to talk to Asurion about getting a replacement? I think I'm getting a raw deal if I have to pay $50 for a replacement of a two month old.
