I went to the Sprint store Saturday afternoon, and lo and behold, they are gonna call me when my replacement arrives. I really hope it isn't a refurb, but I can't complain since it'll fix my camera troubles. Thank god for that $7 insurance add on. I went there and they authorized a change after checking out the camera on their own.
