Help!!!

I am trying to uninstall the Finder Finger Friend, but when I remove it from my programs and do a soft reset and go into contacts. I get an error stating that finger friends cannot be found and I am not able to go to my contacts. Can someone assist in whatelse I need to delete off my phone to remove this application.

Sounds like you might have to do a hard reset.

i would check the application data folder, program files folder, or under windows check the appmgr folder. if not in there check the registry to see if you find any signs of it in there.

Hope you backed everything up, go for the hard reset its the only thing left at this point.

Is it still mapped to one of your soft keys? If so, change the soft key back to the default and reset. See if that works.

Thanks everyone for you assistance. I had to do a hard reset for some reason, I kept getting the same error. I deleted the app everywhere I seen it, but with failed success.
