I started off with the ppc6600 few yrs ago, it lasted bout a yr, died randomly (dark screen of death), had insurance, sprint had no 6600's, they gave me 6700 free. late january this year, 6700 died, they gave me a free mogul. Few yrs ago, due to bad coverage (at that time, like 4+yrs ago), I would never have imagined saying this, but I LOVE SPRINT!! replacement service is great, and you get more for your money in comparison to certain other competitors, and most importantly, coverage has greatly improved...
anyways, yeah, the insurance will cover ya |

Re: One drop of water killed my Mogul
i feel your pain my friend.
my situation was more an act of negligence than accident. mine got mixed in with the laundry and whenever i hooked up the battery my screen didn't power on and the status lights just went on. it took me a week before i finally called sprint up for my insurance. and in about 2 weeks(shipping error) i got my new mogul. then a few days later i sent the broken one in and the rest is history. yay for sprint insurance!
