i feel your pain my friend.

my situation was more an act of negligence than accident.

mine got mixed in with the laundry and whenever i hooked up the battery my screen didn't power on and the status lights just went on. it took me a week before i finally called sprint up for my insurance.

and in about 2 weeks(shipping error) i got my new mogul. then a few days later i sent the broken one in and the rest is history.

yay for sprint insurance!
