Mogul won't answer...

I'm not all that technically savvy...but If you have changed your phone dialer then I would suggest going back to the default dialer and then see if it works. The same thing happened to me and I went trough all of the technical mumbo-jumbo in the forums and made a lot of registry edits and etc. with no success.

So I took a shot in the dark with that and it worked.
