Rev A and new Rom for Verizon 6800

Hi there experts,

I'm trying to be a good citizen on this forum, but searching and reading posts haven't helped. I have a new Tytn Verizon 6800 running Windows Mobile 6.1 (I belive), that I want to install Universal Launch and that side to side slide lock/unlock software as well as some others on.

I was told not to install anything until I "Flash my ROM" with "REV A" to take advantage of much faster Wifi and better use the gps.

I see the REV A Rom is availible for the Sprint version of the 6800, but I really can't tell if it will work with the Verizon. Does anybody know?

yeah ive got an xv6800 also, and i was very nervous updating my radio ROM to the one from sprint. it was actually very simple and easy to understand. just be sure to follow EVERY instruction on the second link nickles provided. and be sure NOT to let the customizations run(:

Yessir!!! jump on it man!!! the instructions are as close to "lamens terms" as you can get just read everything and make sure you follow the instructions...
