Mm, well thats why Sprint is downsizing the ammount of indirect dealers SIGNIFICANTLY. A lot of companies did stuff like that, we are not that way. I am sure it's different in every area though!

Retentions will be hard to use a random e-mail to get it... but retentions is all about getting the right rep.

When I first got my Mogul, my Batman call tone was stilla active and all cool. Just the other day my wife called my phone, and asked "What happened to Batman?" Usually when she asks that, I know it's been 90 days and I need to renew, but I can't seem to find the call tone section on the site anymore. ANy ideas people? |

No problem helping - but flaming when someone is trying to help is going to make them not want to help. I am still a member of the forum and contribute in other places and have gained reputation for that.
I have no problem helping and I have proven to a few that I am a Sprint Employee. I don't require any account numbers, ssn's, etc to help with accounts... so theres no problem there. I likeD the forums here and wanted to provide a service to it's members. Theres nothing more to it. |

I did get my Vogue at Choice Communications by the way. I had a good experience and they have great customer service. I will probably take you up on your offer sometime if I ever need help, or just come in so hopefully this offer is still extended to me.
