I work for Sprint. You are an idiot to say otherwise. As for getting on Sero, just find a @sprint.com email address (dan@sprint.com won't work) and type that in for your referral email... you should find one after a few minutes of searching that will work.

i have to disagree i would never go to a third party store again
last time i did the scumbag who runs it (united wireless near the corner of telegraph and eureka in taylor mi) gave me "a free phone" his way of getting it free was to call sprint using my info from my credit app to pose as me and complian about the cost of the phone until sprint gave my account a refund for the cost of the phone. funny when sprint called me because they got disconnected during his scam. i had to file a police report for id fraud.

like i said you may be the real deal and just trying to help , im just a skeptic, with a natural distrust of people by product of my work

Mm, well thats why Sprint is downsizing the ammount of indirect dealers SIGNIFICANTLY. A lot of companies did stuff like that, we are not that way. I am sure it's different in every area though!

If you have problems/questions just give our store a call. 651-765-0491 I have already helped a few of you guys out on PM's so they can attest.

As for SERO: yes it's for new acts or retentions only. Retentions will be hard to use a random e-mail to get it... but retentions is all about getting the right rep.

It's not a personal flaming session.
It's a matter of proving yourself in a sense.
Nobody is saying you are untrustworthy or anything, it's just a matter of the people on here not knowing you.
For example there was a forum site for ringtone downloads and stuff a few years back, and when ever there was somebody new, yea they got a little flamed, but it was that sites "initiation" process. If that person could take a joke and return jokes, they were cool.

Now in your case, I was gonna ask you about the call tones, to see what's up with them. When I first got my Mogul, my Batman call tone was stilla active and all cool.
Just the other day my wife called my phone, and asked "What happened to Batman?" Usually when she asks that, I know it's been 90 days and I need to renew, but I can't seem to find the call tone section on the site anymore.
ANy ideas people?

They expire after so many days. 3 months maybe.. The only way with your 6800 to get it back is to sign into your sprint account and use the switch/activate phone now link and swap to a clam/flip thats has a content manager and buy your call tone then switch back. I know it sucks but as of now thats all we got. Unless theres some thing I don't know about. Anybody?

Your just making every one right. How can you not think people are going to call you shady? So you said you helped a few people if you did they will praise you in this thread with a post and slowly people will believe ya. If you didn't then we will never see it, but I'm sure if you helped them they will post it here. Waaaa, Slow down sparky if its true and you can help all these cats a few days after thousands of members find out you work for Sprint (3rd party) for real you'll be asking for the thread to be closed cause you cant take the "Serro" and "wheres the 6.1 update for the mogul" private messages any more. All in due time if you want to help.

No problem helping - but flaming when someone is trying to help is going to make them not want to help. I am still a member of the forum and contribute in other places and have gained reputation for that.

I have no problem helping and I have proven to a few that I am a Sprint Employee. I don't require any account numbers, ssn's, etc to help with accounts... so theres no problem there. I likeD the forums here and wanted to provide a service to it's members.

Theres nothing more to it.

I did get my Vogue at Choice Communications by the way. I had a good experience and they have great customer service. I will probably take you up on your offer sometime if I ever need help, or just come in so hopefully this offer is still extended to me.
