I ended up reflashing and left my phone on for 3 days with my shell32 at 3MB.

Then I soft reseted it, and 8 hours later it was almost at 9MB.

I'll try to figure out what causes it. Does this happen to anyone else or just me?

sorry to revive a dead issue. But this is happening to me too. shell32 takes up 80-90% now occasionally and causes my phone to obviously slow wayy down.
