ActiveSync random starts...happening to anyone else?

I downloaded the new ROM from HTC and have noticed some improvements but this is a new problem. whenever I go into the start menu ActiveSync will have started by itself. This happens 4-5 times a day. I have gone into the program to check the schedule but the option is not available to open (it is grayed out). Anyone have this happening or know about it and how to fix it? Thanks

Assuming that you have established an Activesync connection to a pc, have you tried to adjust the schedule on the host PC? If that fails, I would delete that connection and create a new one.

this has been an issue with older roms and the 6700 as well. There are several fixes for it but i have not found one that works well yet. Does anyone have a cab that makes it not start until you have it connected to a PC? Something that just works?

I can't find the "Notifications" folder they are referring to. So not much help, yet.
