I have it working fine on DCD's 6.1 kitchen. No problems what so ever.

Re: Mogul as bluetooth keyboard!!!

Man, this Logitech diNovo mini keyboard looks cool, too. Also has a touchpad on it.

Of course there is the diNovo Edge with a touchpad on it, too, but it is a bit big:

Interesting possibilities...

Re: Mogul as bluetooth keyboard!!!

The logitech DiNovo is awesome. If you need to control your HTPC everyday and you have $150 to spend, that is the way to go. If it is only periodic use, which is my case, than the Mogul can be a vialble solution. As stated earlier I am using my Mogul and the Amorphous solution using the screen as a touchpad/mouse and the slideout keyboard and it works great.

Re: Mogul as bluetooth keyboard!!!

How about an RC solution?
I use the freeware version of LogMeIn for RC of 4-5 different systems. Y'need to scroll around the screen a bit, but it's definately worth a look. It's made managing those "damn I forgot to do..." things a whole lot easier. Configurable security, it's become one of those 'first installs' after I reset or flash a new rom.

Re: Mogul as bluetooth keyboard!!!

you know this sounds like just way too much work for something that could be done with remote desktop which is free and can be easily cooked into any rom.

Using Mogul as a keybaord/touchpad is much different experience than using it as a remote desktop console.

With remote desktop, you are forced to interact using the tiny screen on the Mogul, including browsing and clicking.
But, the whole point of using HDTV as a monitor is to benefit from its large screen size. So in this case, all that is requried is convenient input device.
