Messaging Problems..

Has anyone else had any problems trying to send text messages.

Ever since the new update, every other message doesnt send...
and than i get the stupid annoying "message not sent", the 2 diferent notifications that popup which i cannot figure out how to disable.

Is anyone else having this issue. Ive tried 3 different customs roms and i keep having the same issue...

Maybe revert back to stock or an older Rom..?
