No2Chem nueROM 2.0 (WM6.1) Thread
This is the thread for nueROM 2.0, based on WM 6.1 release.

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. FLASHING THIS ROM MAY/WILL RUIN YOUR DEVICE.

nueROM v2.0, build 5060

Features:
-WM6.1 (CE OS 5.2.19209 Build 19209, AKU 1.0.2)
-Clean
-NETCF3.5/SQLCE3.5
-Based on 3.35
-GPS
-UC Compatible (see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=366337)

(5059) Update to build 19202.
(5060) Update to build 19209.
(5060) add oemdrivershigh_xip package
(5060) add new remote desktop (w/remote storage mount support)
(5060) re-enable some options in phone settings (nam, mode of operation...)
(5060) add new bt stack (BTHCI: 3.14)
(5060) cleaned up xip ROM name (3.35-NO2)
(5060) cleaned up 3.35 nk
(5060) re-patch verifybinary
(5060) disable ie security warning

I updated to the latest official release of WM6.1 from the leaked Kaiser roms. XIP has been ported too, seems like it had some new memory management features too. Enjoy, and let me know if you encounter problems. As a quick test of speed, try going to file explorer and opening the windows directory.

Thanks to bepe for the wm6.1 beta builds, and olipro for the unlocker. Thanks to cmonex at xda for all the arm asm / XIP help!

This is a clean rom, so it doesn't have much on it. YOU MUST USE THE NEW BOOTLOADER (Olipro 2.40) for this rom to work.

THE ONLY OFFICIALLY SUPPORTED KITCHEN IS THE PPCGEEKS KITCHEN. If you have an existing installation, you can update using provided basekits. Find the official kitchen at: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=22132 to download the basekit, download here: http://nex.ppckitchen.org/ROM/no2_5059base_fix.rar

**Known issues:
GMAIL users are forced to use POP3 Email due to auto-detection (EDIT: Omegax posted a fix: type in gmail wrong and fix it later).
(5050+) = crashes imgfstools on nbmerge. You'll need to manually repair the partition table before using nbmerge.
(5050+) = PLEASE TAKE OUT YOUR BATTERY AND PUT IT BACK IN, THEN HARD RESET AFTER FLASHING. The new partition table requires a full reset.

Please post any requests in this thread and I will try to do my best to accomodate them, provided that it does not involve adding applications to the rom. IF you find out how to fix something, please post it so I can fix it in my next release.

If you are new to flashing, please read this provided by quantumforce1. No, your phone is not a brick if its on the tricolor screen.

Heh thanks no chem. =) I would have to do real benchmark but I just synced 400 contacts to my phone via usb in 30 seconds. I would say this is a 20% speed boost over all. This is badd fuc... a...!!!! You are the man no chem!!!
