Re: Terminated mstli.exe and got back 10MB of RAM
OK I disabled Photo Contacts pro from my today screen, did a soft reset and I started off with almost 20MB. I checked the running process in MemMaid and mstli.exe was no longer listed. So I'm wondering if this is something that photo contacts pro uses?

I don't have this running on my device. Interesting. Time to google.

I found this:
Code:
Kyle Lampe [MSFT] wrote: The mstli hosts legacy plugins on the today screen of the pocket PC. If it's running, you have plugins which don't account for the new screen resolutions (640 by 480), and thus have their own process which helps pixel double them so they display correctly. -- Kyle Lampe Software Design Engineer Windows Mobile

Re: Terminated mstli.exe and got back 10MB of RAM
The only thing I did differently this time compared to before I updated the rom is when I saved my contact pictures using photo contacts pro I'm saving the resolution as 400x400 compared to before I was saving them as 200x200. I wonder if this is whats making mstli.exe run?
