Re: Mogul cosmetic imperfections - Will Sprint repair/replace?
I've used the insurance twice since I've had my Mogul, it has always been a quick call (much faster than Sprint customer service), pay the $50 deductible, get a new (referb) phone in a day. First time was because of a cracked screen, second time was a jammed voice-dial button. The referb I got the second time was flaky. Called them, they apologized, and shipped me a brand NEW in the box Mogul (including all the accessories). Had the new Mogul a day later.
So far I've been very pleased with the insurance... it was the reason I originally switched to Sprint. ATT doesn't offer it on smart phones. I've never gotten any hassle from them, I doubt you would either.

Re: Mogul cosmetic imperfections - Will Sprint repair/replace?
if you can get a replacement in the store then i would go that route due to the fact you can only use the insurance 3 times in a 12 month period before they cancel you for 1 yr. once you make a claim that is when the 12 month start. so i wouldn't waste it on something cosmetic unless the phone just looked horrible and the store would not replace it.

Plus in store you don't have to pay $50 bucks...... This is my 2nd mogul, and I prolly had 10 6700s.... never paid a deductible....
