So you are just looking to pay someone for a service you can already get for free? : )
Lots of navigation programs have POI's (points of interest), but the results aren't nearly as complete as online services like Live Search or Google Maps. I'm not really sure what you're asking for. If you have a data plan and you're within your service area, Live Search/Google Maps will give you the best results. If you don't have data service, an offline program like TomTom/iGuidance/Copilot will give you POI's, but the results are not as complete. One new program (also free) that you might be interested in is GPSToday. You can save POI's (Starbucks, McDonalds, whatever) and have them always show on the map around you. I Have Garmin Mobile Xt That Automatically Updates The Pois Via The Interenet...all You Have To Do Is Pay The One Time Fee And Its Lifetime...
