yep got my NEW mogul through asurion today has the new rom and i'm lovin it i'm sure as hell not complaining i had a used apache now i have a new mogul with all accessories and it only cost me 50 bucks

when i order a new phone. I get my phone charged to my sprint account. Im trying to see if the same goes for everyone else. My mogul arrived last wednesday but i dont see the charge on my account. Let me know if the same thing has happened to you

I went to the sprint store today and they said they are on a two week backorder and have no idea when they are getting a mogul.....

Now for the tough question, should i keep the mogul and wait for the orders, or take the touch? lol, theres enough text on this forum talking about these two that i could literally grab a 6900 before i can decide the better

for all sprint users: i spoke with them on friday and told them all the problems i've been having. they gave me the number to the ins co. asurion and i explained the same thing. asurion gave me the option of sending me another mogul which were on back order or sending me an upgrade which is the touch....of course i chosed the touch for the $50 fee....i know many other sprint customers who are doing this and asurion is express shipping the touch for no charge.

Yeah I find it hard to beleave that they would just pull the mogul. When I just got a brand new one last and so did a friend of mines.

mogul is by far the top phone sprint carries, i wouldnt settle for anything less.
