Re: Post 3.35.04 Radio speeds here

to me enabling rev-a on epst settings lowered my rate and also the latency. with rev-a disavbled on the phone i got higher speeds but also more latency to the server.

stock ("disabled"):
LA - 768/269 -- 579/223
SJ - 628/424 -- 526/241
SF - 620/268 -- 699/345

"enabled":
LA - 497/130 -- 772/121
SJ - 900/124 -- 702/132
SF - 480/101 -- 741/106

I did a couple of tests via wifirouter on my pc, and the results were surprisingly faster than usb.

You can see that the ESPT settings in stock configuration allowed faster upload speeds and generally the same download speeds as "enabling" rev A via EPST.

Dude, you aren't the only one. When I run speedtests I actually get around the same 2200k down and 400k up but when I am actually downloading stuff and web browsing, running wmwifirouter is alot smoother as faster than tethering usb style.

Re: Post 3.35.04 Radio speeds here

Is it "enabled," or "enable?" Mine in stock form says "Disable," meaning that it may already be enabled?

Anyways, when I switched the option in EPST, the speeds went down. I will post some speeds later tonight if I get a chance.

OK, you're right.. It does say "Disable", but that's the setting. It's not like you push the disable button and it changes or anything. You gotta select either "Disable" (stock) or "Enable". So, yes "Disable" = enabled (or something like that).

The bottom line is, don't change that setting.

Re: Post 3.35.04 Radio speeds here

personally with the new rom with Rev A in the stock disabled setting i was getting low to mid 800kbps for bownloads.. after changing to enabled i tethered (USB) and went to speakeasy.net/speedtest (using the dallas server) did 4 tests all on the same server and the average was 1515kbps down and 134kbps up. (i live in OKC, OK)....
