stock ("disabled"):
LA - 768/269 -- 579/223
SJ - 628/424 -- 526/241
SF - 620/268 -- 699/345
"enabled":
LA - 497/130 -- 772/121
SJ - 900/124 -- 702/132
SF - 480/101 -- 741/106
I did a couple of tests via wifirouter on my pc, and the results were surprisingly faster than usb.
You can see that the ESPT settings in stock configuration allowed faster upload speeds and generally the same download speeds as "enabling" rev A via EPST.

Dude, you aren't the only one. When I run speedtests I actually get around the same 2200k down and 400k up but when I am actually downloading stuff and web browsing, running wmwifirouter is alot smoother as faster than tethering usb style.
