Here's Hesperia, CA (about 90 miles NE of Los Angeles...the speedtest.net thing gets my location wrong a lot of the time for whatever reason. It thinks i"m up by San Jose, but I know i'm not )

Re: Post 3.35.04 Radio speeds here

I have been getting a constant 2200k down and about 400k up at my house, no different than what I was getting from the 3.27 radio. I am in the south atlanta area, jonesboro to be exact.

Re: Post 3.35.04 Radio speeds here

Wow... much better for me - I noticed on the device itself just checking imap email, but ran some tethered tests

1) USB - 915/494
2) WMWifiRouter - 841/254 (102ms latency)

This is in a fair coverage area (1-2 bars)

Nice.

Re: Post 3.35.04 Radio speeds here

I tried with the rev A in EPST both "disabled" (stock) and "enabled" (modified). I did these tests from my house in Santa Cruz, CA where I get 2 or 3 bars of signal. I tested to Los Angeles, San Jose, and San Francisco twice each way. This is tethered to my pc through usb internet sharing.

stock ("disabled"):
LA - 768/269 -- 579/223
SJ - 628/424 -- 526/241
SF - 620/268 -- 699/345

"enabled":
LA - 497/130 -- 772/121
SJ - 900/124 -- 702/132
SF - 480/101 -- 741/106

I did a couple of tests via wifirouter on my pc, and the results were surprisingly faster than usb.

You can see that the ESPT settings in stock configuration allowed faster upload speeds and generally the same download speeds as "enabling" rev A via EPST.
