I think most Dell's come with an inactive partition that you can use to restore your computer to it's original state.

why do you need to dump your pc?? is it a problem you can fix in safe mode??

its not moving as fast as it once was... and once i hard reset my phone, it worked better... so why not hard reset my computer so that it will go faster... and i can download all the other stuff later...

Not sure what other suggestions you would like. Doing a system restore from the hidden partition restores your PC back to its original state the day you got it.
Isn't that what you wanted, verbatim? |
