i screwed up, cant connect to pc anymore

so my phone hasnt been able to work with activesync for a few days. so today i try all the troubleshooting techniques including uninstalling and reinstalling activesync. Nothing happens. so since that didnt work, i was going to reflash my phone with dcds rom, but i now realize if i do that, i wont have my profile on activesync anymore and i will lose all my contacts. can anyone help me out on this one please, i have over 250 contacts and i cant lose them. is there a way to fix this without me writing them all down

Use PPCPIMBackup. Its free and runs from your phone. you can backup to storage card. It will backup emails and texts and contacts, basically all your PIM data.

Go to the website http://www.dotfred.net/default.htm from you phone (PIE)
or send the below link to your phone (I use "Google send to phone" Firefox extension.)

Within the zip it contains a single .exe file which you run directly from your phone. No installing necessary. More info on the authors web site http://www.dotfred.net/default.htm
