you could also go into the connection settings in activesync on your computer and make sure that allow usb connections is checked,,,
dont know but this may help

go into the Settings and select Connections Tab.
Select USB to PC Make sure "enable advanced network functionality" is unchecked. This should solve your problem.

I upgraded my Sprint Mogul to the 3.35.651.2 ROM from the 2.17
Now it takes an hour it to boot up... It just gives a blank screen after the initial HTC & Sprint intros. When it does boot up, the sound does not work, the volume is all the way up, but no sound. I'm sure there's more, but these 2 alone are driving me crazy. I've reinstalled the ROM successfully 3 times, but still having same problems. I also tried to go back to 3.16 - but it won't let me. I have done a hard reset - no luck either. Any ideas?
