Mogul Fone not workig help pls
 

Ok look i got dis phone Htc mogul everytime i connect to my computer it says usb device not recognized Plz give me good answer lol i beg u guys and On my mogul phone i try to synce becuase of i was setting up the microsft exchange and it say it cant connet with current connection settingg and i have interenet with plan and everthing WHY ARE THESE PROBLEM HAPPEND PLZ HELP

We are going to need more information. What type of exchange are you trying to setup. Did you install the programs that are on the disk that come with the phone. If not please try installing them as they are required to sync the device with the computer.

If this does not solve the problem please ask again as we should be able to help you.

I think he got the idea, I got an email apology from him when I posted on the one in the reg edit section. I told him to get on and reply to this if he needed more help but haven't seen anything. I would monitor the ip as it looks shady. He wanted my email or aim to get more help. Granted my aim is posted on my profile.

Thats fine. It has been taken care. What is the status on this? Have you installed the sw from the CD? I cannot really trouble shoot until you answer that question.

What type of connection are you trying to establish on the computer. Are you trying to tether the internet from the device in order to get online with the computer. Or are you trying to set up an active sync connection in order to synchronize the data from the computer onto the device or vise versa?

Please also provide a step by step of what you are actually doing. That way we can identify where the problem is in order to try to fix it.

Alright imma tell you da steps.

1.i connect my htc mogul to my computer with my usb so that i could use da active synce
2.Once i connect the htc mogul to the computer Its says "USB device not Recoginized"
3.ive tried everthing i could to make it work and it dont so plz is dere eny solution

Did you install the software on the cd before plugging in the phone?
