the activation code you purchased had to be with the exact name that shows in the owner info on the phone.that way the code you receive will coincide with the name on your device.

Move the files Stroths posted into your BatteryStatus Folder (\Windows\BatteryStatus) and then you will see it on the advanced tab.

Sorry \Windows\BatteryStatus or \Storage Card\Windows\BatteryStatus if installed on your card.

ok, so I have been messing with this program and it seems pretty cool. However I like to use spb diary for my schedule and when I set it up as a today plougin when I scroll over to it the program will not elt me scroll away form it. It just gets stuck on that screen. Any sugestions?

Some programs dont like gestures. I dont know about SBP Diary since I do not use it but can you switch to other tabs by choosing the other tab or are you completely stuck on the tab with the plugin on it?

The best I've been able to do so far with SPB Diary is set the height so there's some space at the bottom of the screen and then use that space to finger scroll to the next UL screen. There seems to be something about SPB Diary that doesn't like the touch scrolling feature of UL. If anyone else has a better workaround I'd like to know as well.

Okay, now I finally understood.
I didn't know that I needed to install the "Battery Status" app first.

Now that I have installed it, it shows the folder properly.

Update, I reinstalled ultimate launcher, no lockups and no slowing down.

On a side note, i have dcd's latest rom, now my phone is waking up when i push the phone buttons, i used to have to push the sleep button to wake it up. Now my phone is dialing the last phone call i have made by it self, all it takes is a little movement with my phone in its case.

I cant find any place to keep the phone from waking up from the phone buttons, i want the sleep button to be the only one that wakes up the phone.

So far im just using the slide to unlock to prevent any more false calls.

anyone have a workaround for the gestures only opening exe files? I want to be able to swipe on a certain tab and have it run a shortcut.

I figured out something that I dont know if anyone else has had issues with. In SBP PP i was able to link to a folder. In UL you cannot link to a folder directly. You have to choose the app which you would like to open it with (in my case Resco Explorer) and list the folder you would like to open in the parameters. Its should have been obvious but it took an epiphany for me to actually put two and two together. Now I can link to the games folder instead of each individual game. Maybe someone else is strugging with that :)

So know one knows how to get rid that "not activated" wording on each tab (except the HTC Plugin)..every time it show up I go back into UL and it goes away..but after some time it comes back..How do I keep it from coming back up? Can anyone please help?

I have gotten annoyed at the "not activated" message as well. I just select "reload ini" from the little menu thing, and it goes away, for a little while.

Yea I do the same too..That sucks..I was there was some way to just cover it up..Its displayed in multi colors so it kinda stands out..Unless you have a Multi color background...I dont think I want that...That not kool for a guy..lol

Hello, this is my first post on the forums, though I have been reading them for awhile. I have a Sprint HTC Mogul running ultimate launcher. In the config, I want to make it so when I slide my finger downward (as opposed to the standard left and right) it locks my device. Since I can only specify an application for the "down result", which application handles locking the device? I want to know what exe (if any) actually locks your phone. For example, if I select "Device is Unlocked" on the today screen, the phone then locks itself. When I select "Device is unlocked" what actually happens that causes the phone to lock. It is that feature that I want to take advantage of, not another piece of software that doesnt already exist on the phone.

I looked around and could not find the default key lock program but if you use S2U2 you can easily assign the down gesture to \Program Files\S2U2\S2U2.exe or \Storage Card\... if its on your sd card.

If you arernt using S2U2 and you havent tried it you should. Its a pretty cool program that works really well.

It appears that the device lock is a 'today plug-in', I can't find the actual .exe either, so why not set device lock as a tab and just swipe to it and click once?

S2U2 is so much better though...full screen photo caller i.d., slide to answer when locked, clock on screen when locked, onscreen messaging and weather indicators when locked....

S2U2 and Ultimate Launcher are in my opinion the best apps for PPC's EVER

I copied the files over to that directory but I didn't see any difference... which advanced tab are you referring to?

Try this. Uninstall your batterystatus and reboot (just to be safe). Then install the BatteryStatusExt.1.05.build_0277_HTC.zip from the link below.

Thanks... that is what is was I guess there is different versions of BatteryStatus and I had a different one... when I installed that version it worked....

You probably had the right version Stroths just made it MUCH easier to install by putting it all in a cab file.

I found this in the Touch forum, looks like someone created an .exe to access the devicelock. This should give you an .exe to link to in Ultimate Launch

I am using V2R Photo Dialer (http://v2r.de/products/pocket-pc/photoDialer2.html), but you need to be sure to 'disable gestures' for the tab as it is a gesture sensitive program

My Tabs: retro clock, photo dialer, WP w/Phat Finger theme, utilities, multimedia, nav/search and games launch

Dunno if I am sold on the V2R yet, I'd really like a plug in that has like 20 larger photos and no fancy scrolling... but the V2R is only 13 bucks, not too much of a gamble.

1/2 the time My Launcher displays "Not Activated" in the 4 corners. How do I remove these words from the screen? Im looking for a cleaner look to my launche and this is not helping. Please help. Thanks
