It's one thing to ask for software/firmware upgrades, but hardware changes are another thing entirely. The odds of Sprint and HTC altering the Mogul production lines to include additional memory are 0%. It cannot and will not happen. If they did upgrade the memory, they would give it a new name, and charge you more for it.

Now asking for a fix to MMS is perfectly reasonable, and while this lone Sprint rep certainly won't be able to fix it, it's still a deserving thing to ask for.

Honestly, if I were him...i'd tell you to upgrade to the Touch...which has more memory...

You pay for Sprint Picture Mail included in some Sprint plans, defined the following way, which describes the email method of sending pictures. Note that it does not claim that you can even send pictures to non-Sprint phones, so it is obviously not describing MMS. If a Sprint phone actually has full outgoing MMS, it has a feature beyond what is described in the plan, as is the ability to email pictures to non-Sprint phones.

Use a Sprint Power VisionSM or Sprint VisionSM Picture phone to take full-color digital pictures. Then either store the pictures or send them right from your phone while on the enhanced Nationwide Sprint PCS Network to a computer or other Power Vision or Vision phone.

hey im new here but i was wondering if anyone knows if u can download an application for my sprint mogul to send pic mail.....i hate not being able to send piture mail
