This worked! thank you so much! All tmobile had to say was clear the storage and that worked for about 5 minutes. Thanks again!

What file should I download? I've tried the FixUnreadCount and nothing. Then tried the ResetUnreadCount, and after sending a message the error came back. HTC recommended fixunreadcount_951, found out after downloading it, it was the same as FixUnreadCount.
