I discovered that the back of my cover does not look like the one pictured; I have horizontal slots only. Does anyone else have a cover that looks like this?
Yes. I think older moguls have that case. My phone has the same cover as yours.

Re: How I carrie more then one Micro SD card

This was a great idea. I did the mod when this thread first started, using an exacto knife. Mine snaps into place perfectly. However, yesterday, my wife came to me holding one of my 2GB cards, and said, "Is this important?" She found it on the floor. I guess it came loose and somehow slipped out. I'm just glad it came out in the house. With the card in there, the back cover doesn't really fit as snug as it should at the bottom of the phone. It rocks back and forth on top of the card. Still, there doesn't appear to be any gaps big enough to allow the card to slip out. But it did. Just be careful.

The wife part... I would be worried if I had anything on there! Thats funny. Knowing everyone in my family, they're too stupid to know what it is. They'd just throw it out

Re: How I carrie more then one Micro SD card

Nice idea... Now, id I could actually get the back case off, I could use it.

The back case has no problem openingv if I drop the phone more than 6 ", so I'll probably skip the mod.
The other day I needeed to yank the battery to force a reboot... ended up just dropping the phone to get the back plate off... after 5 mins of fiddling w/ the phone.

The area where the cards slot does not get nearly as hot as behind the battery.
