actually with asurion...you have 3 replacements a year...if you have tep they will direct you to asurion before attempting to repair based on its physical condition.

aaaaaagggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!! i just called the rep, and they said i could just take it into the store and switch in out... but wit asurion, i should do that if my phone gets dropped in water or i lose it... (or say i lost it and sell the other one on ebay)... but you say i get 3 replacements every year... so i could lose use it three times in october november and december, and it'll start over in january?
