Just got done chatting with a sprint rep. about the blocking of sprint tv on my titan. He said he was sorry about it and I thanked him and ended the session. I checked out sprint tv and it was unblocked. Did they have a change of heart or did everyones complaing work.

WHAT?? SPrint TV is working again??

Confirmed it's working for me with the non premium channels, using DCD's latest 2.2 Rom. Sweet, Thanks ROD239 for letting us know! Now if they would allow picture mail this would be the ultimate device.

Follow the link in my above post, I just downloaded the main SprintTv_1005.cab and didn't bother with the cache.rar files. It's working awesome with no lags like before. Direct link here: Link Removed by Moderator

Yup....it works. Still going through all the channels to see which ones don't work. How do we subscribe to the premium channels though?

EDIT: It works great! All the channels that we don't have, we can subscribe to them now for like ~$4.00/month. Good find rod239!

I have the power vision ultimate plan, and SprintTV kinda works for me. I get all the basic channels but don't have any of the premiere channels. Whenever I select them, it prompts me to subscribe to them. As I understand it, I have all of the premiere channels with the power vision ultimate plan, right? Anyone else have this problem? Should I call up sprint and find out why I don't have access to these channels?

Mine are all hit and miss. Some work, then they don't 30 mins later. Anyone have a list of what is free?

On mine the light blue highlighted background behind the program name is pay content, the black background is the free stuff. I know CBS Mobile, NFL, CNN, Fox News are some of the free ones

Awesome news! Sprint might be waking up to the Mogul situation...

I downloaded and installed the ShareFree SprintTV cab posted towards the beginning of this thread, and am having a couple of issues...

First, when I open the app, it tries to connect to the network but gives me an error saying it can't connect. So I connect through IE, and then I open SprintTV and it connects just fine. But that could just be because I'm at work right now and don't have very good service where I'm sitting. (EVDO and 1X are alternating back and forth.)

Second (which could also be a coverage issue), when it loads up, all the channels just say "loading..." and stay that way for a good amount of time. I haven't let it just sit there to see if it eventually loads yet, but I did let it sit for about 3 or 4 minutes with no change.

Any thoughts? And like I said, I know it could very well be a problem with my coverage here, and I will try it outside on my next break, but I thought I'd pose the question in case anyone else has had this problem.

May be the release of the official ROM upgrade is very near.

mine is working fine here i am not sure if i still have the ultimate power vision package or not but i dont have all the channels yet so im going to play around with it after my basketball game will report any finds i have asap

Doesn't work on mine. I am running the latest win mo 6.1 build from No2chem. It works after the first install and when you close and run it again it just gets stuck at the yellow bar loading screen and stays there. Hah

so the same cab file from before is working or is there a new file lurking somewhere? also does anyone know if the abc channel is free or subsc.?

Yay same cab but it only works on the first run. Well at least for me.

I'm having a problem getting mine to load at all...won't load up channels and now won't even go passed initializing screen ughh.


Downloaded rapidshare cab and started doing same thing i'm also on no2 wm6.1 newest build...and it crashes after i open it.

Sprint TV is kool (installed on the SD) , it is working really well on my Mogul 2.09 original ROM. Yeah, I cancelled out my triple A Gps subscription on my Sanyo 9000 and I am patiently waiting for the new ROM(by the way the Sanyo 9000 is a mean phone). Thank you all for keeping this community alive, and thanks to the dude upstairs for the INFO AND CAB.:headbang:

Well, it was working... Mine wont load up any channels anymore. Worked fine about 6 hours ago though

on the Sprint forums (buzzaboutwireless), it looks like Sprint is releasing it in their GPS RevA update...From my contacts, the product people always wanted to release it, but starting blocking it when VZ customers starting using it.

I'm running DCD's 2.2.0, and it worked the first time but won't work again.

It opens to the main menu, but as soon as I select sprint TV it starts to load the channel guide and then closes.

I guess I'll have to wait 'til it's released with the official ROM.

Mine was working when I first posted in this thread. It was working for about 30 mins of on and off testing. Now, I tried it again, it doesn't work.

you guys need to do the cache ***** also for it to work.

Ok well Its not working, cant get passed the loading screen.........already did soft reset and all, uninstalled and reinstalled..........no go at all :(

Deleting the cache folder and bringing the new one over does not work sfld so don't be so bitter on the members here.

Sprint TV starts and try to update channel listing and it then shutsdown. I shutdown all running processes and cleared all temps. Please advise.. Thanks.
