Two things:
1. Whenever you call anywhere, get the agents name and id # and record the time of the call. 2. Squeeky wheels get lubed... keep calling and asking to talk to supervisors, someone will eventually take care of you. Worst case, a well worded letter (NOT email) works wonders. |

This happened with my with verizon. I went up the ladder and must have had some bad luck with reps b/c they would not budge on my bill. I had a regular cell phone (not a ppc) and it must have connected to data ALL DAY, and they said how do they know i wasnt on the internet all day. On a cell phone? for 24 hours straight? So even with that they wouldnt even up my plan and retro the bill. Maybe i shoulda tried a letter...oh well. live and learn

talked to my buddy at the alltel store again we dugdeeper and he sent in a petition (i think thats how you spell it) and he said it would take a week to find out if they accepted it. he said if they accept it would probobly cut down the bill "ALLOT". so i guess ill see what happens.
