Sprint Billing issues?

Anyone have problems buying their phone from sprint.com, paying for it, and then being charged for it a second time?

I called, got bounced around to bunch of people. On the final person I was so annoyed I said, just send me to the department to cancel.

They knocked off almost 100 bucks of the proration, and said to call back tomorrow so they could verify my claim of payment...

Just thought it was odd that they couldn't look up a payment made to sprints official website... Anyone else have this issue?
