their billing is so fucked up its not even funny. calling *2 is worthless. your best bet is to get a direct number for extreme sprint problems so you don't have to wait...googling it may work, but i know its listed in the sero thread the slickdeals forum. check that thread that number will save you tons of time and fix your problems.
