I guess this could point to two things.

1. The app is incorrectly installed on my phone (for the most part everything on it is still default)

2. It is not configured properly.

I am going to try the Sprint support route to see if they are any help. Although, I have to admit that I doubt they will be. From there, I guess my only option would be to contact the Oz devs directly.

Either way, I will make it a point to make a backup of my phone both before and immediately after it is "fixed". That way we should be able to see the delta and that might help you guys out.

If anyone has any ideas as to why I might be getting this error on the touch pro, please let me know.
Odd that you posted on the one year anniversary of this thread. Kind of threw me off when I was looking at the time stamps.

Either way, Sprint won't be able to help you considering it's a 3rd party program that's not really meant to work for our phone. I assume that OZ Messenger is only programmed to work on TMO's network.

You'll be getting this error on the TP as well as the Mogul because they're both on CDMA networks.

Re: OZ Messenger on the Mogul!!!

I have to respectfully disagree.

I have a friend that has the exact same phone (Touch Pro), also on Sprint, and his Oz messenger works fine.

Also, the Oz messenger was relabeled for Sprint (came preloaded on the phone) and, when I checked, they referred me to Sprint for supprt. So I will go that route first.

I am also going to take a quick look at my friend's phone and see how his config varies from mine, to see if there are any differences.

Finally, I think I was wrong that there were only 2 possibilities. There might be a third in Sprint needing to adjust something on their end.

Anyway, thank you for the reply.
