Unhappy FlexMail working yet?

I was soooo excited yesterday when I found out that FlexMail was up to version 4.0 build 2238. I have always loved the idea of adding features to Outlook mail but could never get any version of FlexMail to work. Once I downloaded it, I was very impressed with the new features and changes that were made BUT.... Still same old problems. I'm thinking maybe, someone here has figured out a way around these issues?

My biggest gripe is pretty simple. The "Use FlexMail as my default program for mail" option does not work. When I get an email notification I click "respond" and it takes me to Outlook instead of Flexmail. I use SPB PhoneSuite and when I click the mail icon, same thing.

Does anyone know how to really make FlexMail my default program for mail??

I have had flexmail installed on my mogul for a long time and it has always worked. I dont use it all that much but it is my default mail program. Sometimes my phone gets confused and i can push the messaging button and it will open flexmail and sometimes it will open sms/mms/Poutlook menu. I am guessing it depends on what I used last.

Do you have the notifications turned off for Pocket Outlook?

I dont even have pocket outlook configured for email. I deleted all of the accounts when i started using flexmail. I actually cant stand outlook on the ppc and was just using the java gmail client before flexmail. So my notifications are generated by flexmail not outlook so they work correctly.
