Sprint Mogul on Alltel

I'm trying to flash a Sprint mogul to Alltel now I have the firmware flashed I used the unlocker and everything flashed just fine. Now the thing is I'm trying to get into the phone programming and it's still locked. Anyone have some kind of suggestion. I work at an indirect agent so I do have the ability to change the ESN on Alltel but I can't even get into the phones programming.
