Smile No issues encountered with upgrade to ROM 2.17

Per my signature, I have upgraded to ROM 2.17. My battery life does seem to be a bit better, but I run ActiveSync frequently throughout the day to check e-mail and manage my calendar and I realize that pinging an Exchange Server as often as I do affects battery life.

I have only soft-reset my Titan once since upgrading to the new ROM. (ActiveSync via USB caused my device to freeze.) Otherwise, the upgrade has not adversely affected my device at all. I have plenty of memory remaining to run applications (although I am always aware of what apps are running in the background and terminate them if I no longer require their use).

Thus far, the upgrade to ROM 2.17 has been worth my time.

Matt

You are better off with 2.16 for memory management. DogGuy has a 2.16 hybrid that uses the bt drivers from the Vogue that seems to be the best of both worlds so far.
