I did a hard reset on the way to the store, told them it keeps erasing my data every couple days for no apparent reason. And out of laziness I also left the custom rom on there and the workers thought it was "Cool". lol Good Luck!

Ok....Got em to switch me for the Touch. Basically all I did was call n tell them I wasn't satisfied with the phone, was already having problems, told them the issues n told them that I had researched the phone after I started having problems n saw that these phones are known for problems n that Sprint knew of these problems since I found some of the stuff on their website. So they charged my acct. for $371.68 n are gonna credit it back when they get my Mogul

well, kinda... I had a 6700, it freaked out after a friend dropped it, I called my local sprint store, explained the situation, and since I have the insurance, they agreed to replace it. No deductible (they only charge a deductible now if you lose it, it is stolen, or it is broken in more than 3 pieces is what the lady told me) The 6700 had been discontinued so they got me a 6800! The only bad part is that in smaller citys they dont stock the mogul, so it took a week to come in. During that time I got my 6700 working, but they replaced it anyways, and I didnt even need to re-break it!
