Ok....Got em to switch me for the Touch. Basically all I did was call n tell them I wasn't satisfied with the phone, was already having problems, told them the issues n told them that I had researched the phone after I started having problems n saw that these phones are known for problems n that Sprint knew of these problems since I found some of the stuff on their website. So they charged my acct. for $371.68 n are gonna credit it back when they get my Mogul
