As far as I know - no. I have Parallels installed for this kind of thing and it works pretty well.
I can't wait until Android and/or a new/different iPhone so that I can get away from MS and their platform lock-in. |

I had Vista for about a month and just couldn't take the interface, the bugs, and the slowness and went back to XP (in Parallels and bootcamp).
Vista is a huge disappointment. All those years and all that money for an inferior product to XP. |

You MIGHT be able to do it with CodeWeavers Crossover Mac. It's a Mac app that lets you run Windows apps without Windows. I think it's basically a pretty version of Wine. Again, I'm not sure if this would work because I don't know how Crossover Mac interacts with ActiveSync and USB connected devices. Your best and safest bet would probably still be Boot Camp, Parallels, or VMware Fusion on an Intel Mac, or Microsoft Virtual PC if you're using a PPC based Mac.
