long delay [3-4 seconds] answering incoming calls w/ new 2.17

I've been seeing the same thing occasionally. It's starting to become more annoying. At first I thought the culprit was SPB Diary being slow to wake up. I disabled the plug-in and it seemed to stop, but it's back again.

I have a hard time believing it's google maps (which I have, but don't use often), however I'm starting to wonder. I am sure it's not a slot index issue, as I reset mine long ago... even tried it at 0 for a few days, but it made no difference so I set it back to 1.

I'll update with my (extensive) app list after werk.
