Slot Cycle Index will just make your phoone ring faster since it's searching for incoming calls more frequently per second- this also decreases battery life- not to menton won't solve your connection problem. i'd leave it alone.
The posted problem is not a delayed ring, but a delayed connection AFTER the "answer" button is pressed.
I have the same problem and I am also running spb mobile shell.
any help would be appreciated.
