I am still seeing the version of the HTC site that says the same thing it's said "end of Novenber" blah blah blah.. I have however heard of multiple people having issues with chached versions of the site where updates are slow to show up.. beats me.. Just glad for the link

Try doing a cold refresh (CTRL + F5) or erasing your cache.

yeah.. that is crazy.. mine finally updated.. then i refreshed again and it is back to 2.09 rom.

Ok, I got the RUU from your server, but I keep going to the HTC web site and I still find the old update.. how is that??

The HTC logo will take you to the HTC website, the Instructions link will take you to the instructions link that was at the bottom of the page where I downloaded the ROM. Other than that, I have no clue! lol.
